Lisa Menze didn’t start Internet Staffing Solutions® because it was trendy — she started it because she needed it. As the owner multiple successful grooming salons, Lisa was constantly overwhelmed — juggling clients, managing staff, handling calls, and covering for no-shows. Staffing shortages and turnover were constant headaches. She was tired, overworked, and under-supported.
That all changed when she hired her first virtual assistant.
“It was a total game-changer. I finally had real help, and I realized this could work for other pet care professionals too.”
Lisa created a custom training program to teach skilled VAs how to serve pet care businesses — grooming salons, boarding facilities, retailers, and more. That program became the foundation for Internet Staffing Solutions®, the first agency to offer dedicated Pet Care Virtual Assistants® trained specifically for the pet industry.

Workforce Manager
Kai began their journey with Internet Staffing Solutions (ISS) in 2023 as a Pet Care Virtual Assistant (PCVA), where she quickly made an impact supporting pet care businesses with customer service, administrative tasks, and social media management. Her dedication, attention to detail, and deep understanding of the pet industry helped them stand out as a reliable and results-driven team member.
With a natural talent for leadership and a strong passion for helping others grow, Kai transitioned into the role of Workforce Manager. In this position, she oversee ISS’s dynamic team of PCVAs, ensuring each virtual assistant is thoroughly trained, supported, and aligned with the company’s mission to deliver top-tier service to every client. Kai plays a key role in recruiting, training, and managing new virtual assistants, building a strong and capable workforce that understands the unique needs of pet care businesses.
What sets Kai apart is their genuine love for animals—especially dogs—and her commitment to helping pet care businesses thrive. She believe that when pet businesses are supported with the right people and tools, they can focus more on what they love: caring for pets. Kai finds true fulfillment in being part of that process and takes pride in knowing their work helps make a positive impact every day.

Quirelyn
Client Care Manager
Quirelyn began her journey with Internet Staffing Solutions (ISS) in 2023 as a Pet Care Virtual Assistant, where she supported pet care businesses with essential customer service and administrative tasks. From day one, her love for animals—especially cats—and her natural knack for organization made her an invaluable part of the team.
Driven by a strong work ethic and a passion for helping businesses operate smoothly, Quirelyn quickly grew within the company. Today, she serves as ISS’s Customer Client Manager, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every client receives exceptional service tailored to their unique needs. From onboarding new clients to streamlining processes and solving day-to-day challenges, Quirelyn is the go-to person for keeping operations efficient and stress-free.
In addition to her client-facing responsibilities, Quirelyn also helps train incoming virtual assistants, focusing on mock calls and software tools to prepare them for real-world scenarios. Her patient and supportive approach helps new team members build confidence and develop the skills they need to succeed in the pet care industry.
Quirelyn takes pride in connecting businesses with the right virtual support and believes that behind every thriving pet business is a strong, well-trained team. Her dedication, positive energy, and genuine love for what she does make her an essential part of the ISS family.
